Digits is the iPhone app from Smudge Apps that makes adding phone numbers to your contact list a breeze. It proves that perhaps the simplest of apps are the best of them.

Digits is designed to do one simple thing: add a person to your Contacts as fast as possible. It grabs the person's phone number plus the contact name associated to it, and voila, the contact is already in your native Contacts app on the iPhone.

Adding contacts with Digits is extremely simple. Lauch the app and enter a phone number on that big beautiful numeric keypad. Slide to continue and enter a first and a last name for that contact. Tap "Done" and you're actually done. The contact is now in your address book and on the next screen you can continue to edit the new entry, which would take you into the Contacts app, or add a new one using Digits.

So if you're ever in a hurry and always on the run, then taking down phone numbers with Digits can save you a lot of time and hassle. Forget all those confirmation screens, little buttons and plus signs that make up the native Contacts app on the iPhone. With Digits, simply add, swipe and type, and you're done. The app is priced at $0,99 in the App Store after having been on sale for free just a couple of weeks ago.
