There must have been at least one time when you thought: “I don’t earn enough for what I do.” Then you started to do the Math to see just how little you are being paid for every hour of work, while comparing your earnings to others who do the same job you do. After hours of calculations and comparisons, you probably ended up exhausted, annoyed and bored. Now there’s an app that might come in handy in these moments. Unfortunately, it doesn’t help you get any richer, but it does solve the problem of calculating your earnings and comparing them with those of others. The Apple AppStore has been around for four years now, and Hollywood for a whole lot more than that, but it’s only been in the last couple of years that box office hits found their way in one for or another on our iPhones and iPads. Apps that aimed to introduce us to the world described in the movie, or games that stranded from the original movie plot. Sometimes, the movie is better than the game, but sometimes, the game goes way beyond of what the movie offers. I’ve quite enjoyed the Cowboys and Aliens game that came out last year, but dreaded the money I spent to watch that movie. I really liked 2012 the movie, but found the game to be too…away from the movie.

This year, so far, only a handful of Hollywood box office hits found their way to our iPhones and iPads. And we want to tell you about the best ones. [...]

Being a photographer at the beginning of your career can be very difficult. Especially if you’re more interested in portraits than landscapes. Nowadays, we seem more interested in reading the newest books, by upcoming authors, rather than the classics. We sometimes tend to disregard classic books and refuse to read them, mostly because we think they are outdated and boring. And when we are asked to read them in school, we prefer to watch the movie instead. So, how do you make a classic look as appealing today as it was when it first appeared? The creators of Pride and Prejudice: Hidden Anthologies might have found a solution. And now you can check it out by downloading the app from the AppStore.

Pride and Prejudice: Hidden Anthologies brings a classic novel back to life, making the original story more enjoyable. How about, instead of reading the story, you could actually be a part of it? What if you could help Jane find her dress and shoes in time for the ball? Or serve Mr Darcy [...]
